Since 1976, the firm has provided Local, State and National clients with Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services.

The company presently employees 10 persons which includes:

3 Licensed Professional Engineers

1 Licensed Land Surveyo

Additional employees include CAD drafting personnel, survey field crew and administrative staff.

The employees of Duffy, Dolcy, McManus & Roesch continue to up-grade their skills and stay current with professional and technical innovations by attending classes and seminars on the latest issues involving land development and the approval process.

Atlantic City Airport Parking Garage

Site Engineers and surveyors for the construction of a four level parking garage. Work included engineering design for grading, stormwater management system, utility relocations and processing of all site related permits such as Pinelands and Soil Conservation District approvals.

Atlantic City Airport Parking Lot Expansion

Site Engineers and surveyors for the expansion of the parking lot. Work included engineering design for grading, stormwater management system, utility relocations and processing of permits.

Dawes Avenue School, Somers Point

Site Engineers and Surveyors for the design of a new elementary school replaced an existing, aging facility.

Wrangleboro Consumer Square, Hamilton Township

Site Engineers and Surveyors for the design of this regional shopping center containing almost 900,000 square feet of retail space.

Park Place, Galloway Township

This 20 lot residential subdivision is located off Route 9, north of Seaview Country Club. Designed for the custom homebuyer, the subdivision contains 20 lots along with a 20-acre private park. Duffy, Dolcy, McManus & Roesch were also the Site Engineers and Surveyors on the Lost Pine Village, Phase II subdivision. This project is located in the same neighborhood as Park Place.

Lowe’s Home Improvement Center

This site is located at the intersection of English Creek Avenue and the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township. Duffy, Dolcy and McManus was the site engineers and surveyors for the project and was responsible for the coordination of the permit process. The site contains approximately 20 acres.

Atlantic County Pistol, Rifle and Archery Facility

Located in Egg Harbor Township at Riverbend Park. Duffy, Dolcy & McManus were site engineers and surveyors on this public facility which was designed for Atlantic County.

Harbor Pine Golf Resort, Egg Harbor Township

Duffy, Dolcy & McManus were site engineers and surveyors for this golf course/residential community. A full 18 hole private course designed around 250 residential units. Aesthetics and preservation of natural resources assumed priority in the design of this project.

Marketplace, Absecon

This community shopping center of 140,000 sq. ft. Next door, Duffy, Dolcy and McManus were Site Engineers and Surveyors for the expansion of the local Shop Rite Supermarket.

McDonald’s Corporation

The firm represents McDonald’s Corporation on many of its southern New Jersey projects. We have had the pleasure to work on numerous sites such as located in Northfield, Pleasantville, Somers Point, Hamilton Township, Vineland, Logan Township, Berlin, Magnolia, Camden, Woodbury, Willingboro and in various other municipalities.

We have also represented other national clients such as ACME, Toys R Us, Sunoco, KFC, Dunkin Donuts and Tramell Crow.
